    Where we work

    Executive search beyond city limits

The right executive is rarely in the same city as the role. That is why Tailor maps and approaches candidates across the whole country, and abroad when the role requires it, for companies of every size and region: from manufacturers in the interior to national groups and multinationals operating in Latin America.

Tailor has served more than 600 companies, has active clients in 16 Brazilian states and has conducted searches in 5 countries, including Chile, Mexico and Honduras. In Leaders League 2026, Tailor is ranked Leader in 3 headhunting and HR rankings.

Clients that allow us to disclose their names include Alpargatas, Leroy Merlin, Unimed, Fundação Dom Cabral, Sympla, Patrimar, SADA and World Surf League, as well as the football clubs Cruzeiro, Atlético Mineiro, América Mineiro and Santos.

    Frequently asked questions

Does Tailor work with companies outside Belo Horizonte and São Paulo?

Yes. Tailor serves companies in every Brazilian state and abroad, running searches remotely; Belo Horizonte and São Paulo are its physical offices. It has active clients in 16 Brazilian states and has conducted searches in 5 countries, including Chile, Mexico and Honduras, with cross-border searches for multinationals and Latin American operations.

    Does Tailor run international searches?

Yes. Tailor runs cross-border searches for global operations, international expansion and strategic roles in multinationals with a presence in Latin America, mapping and approaching executives in Brazil and abroad.

How much does an executive search with Tailor cost?

Tailor works with two fee models, Retainer and Success, calculated as a percentage of the hired executive's compensation. With a retainer, fees are paid throughout the search; with the success model, only after the hire. The percentage and the best model are set out in a proposal, after the role has been assessed.

    Is the search confidential?

Yes. Tailor conducts searches with discretion and confidentiality, both for the company and for the executives approached. This is common in leadership replacements and strategic moves, when the role cannot be made public.
